What is a basic business listing on Bride Adviser?
A basic business listing on Bride Adviser enables you to add the contact details of your business, including your business name, phone number and address, as well as having the ability to be rated and reviewed by former clients. You can respond directly to any comments or reviews made on your listing. And anytime someone reviews your business, we’ll notify you by email.
Is my business already listed on Bride Adviser? How do I register?
Most likely. To find out, simply go to the List Your Business section of our site and search for your business name. When it appears in the search results, click on Claim This Business and follow these steps to register on Bride Adviser:
- Find your listing
- Select your package (Premium or Basic)
- Create your listing by filling in details, including your business name, phone number, address, etc.
- Pay and publish!

My business isn’t listed yet on Bride Adviser! What do I do?

How do I change my contact details?
If you’ve already registered, click on Sign In tab. Once you’re logged in, you will have the option to edit your contact details at any time.
Who will see my business listing?
Bride Adviser is Australia’s largest wedding directory visited by thousands every month. These visitors are actively researching to find the perfect wedding suppliers for their special day. Brides trust the views of other brides and, by being listed, your business will have the opportunity to gain exposure and interact with this highly engaged bridal audience.
How much will it cost?

If I upgrade my business listing, will it improve my Bride Adviser popularity index score?
Absolutely not. The Bride Adviser popularity index is based completely on ratings made by brides to determine overall consumer satisfaction. Greater emphasis is placed on the most recent information. Advertising does not influence the Bride Adviser popularity index ranking in any way.
Can I encourage brides to review my business?
Definitely! Getting more reviews is one of the most effective ways to increase your popularity index on Bride Adviser.

If you can't sign in, the most likely reason is that your browser is not accepting cookies. There is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to deny or accept the cookies feature.
